• Is the board and batten area flush with the addition or flush with the main/original structure? BM: it is flush with the main structure
• Did you consider putting the signage on the awning?
• How do you propose to clean the facade?
• Will the name place remain and be restored?
• Have you considered using the same board and batten treatment on the new portion of the building?
• Suggestion to use the door as a reveal so that the original brick and the new brick facade do not touch, that's how you know that the bricks don't match.
• Consider using some security glass on the side door in the newer part building.
• The serving window will have to be ADA compliant.
• If you decide to explore the banner sign, consider perforated metal or a metal mesh to help with the parachute effect.  You can still keep the graphics and the holes will be very small.  The placement could be at the very southwest corner.

• Would you need an address for the building?  Possible locations could be on the tenent/apartment doors in vinyl lettering, on the valence of the awning, above the center door between the bay windows.
• Have you considered the SRP to help with budget items.
• Consider changing the color of the drivit?  Concerned that it may end up being three distinct colors of red on the building.
• May have to raise the drivit about 8" from the ground because of detioration. 

Famicos Fdn is in attendance at the meeting to provide additional context and support for the project.

Motion to approve as presented with the condition to locate the tenent address on the respective doors and consider a color change on the single story rear addition to the building.
